Objectives
Our research aims to identify and understand the sociological, affective, behavioural, cognitive, linguistic, and neural mechanisms involved in social interactions. We also investigate how their assessment may help improve early diagnosis, clinical monitoring, and care in neurodegenerative diseases, such as frontotemporal dementia or Alzheimer’s disease, and support their differentiation from psychiatric disorders.

Population
• Neurotypical populations
• Patients with Alzheimer’s disease, behavioural variant frontotemporal dementia (bvFTD), primary progressive aphasia, or atypical psychiatric disorders, all seen at the Lille Memory Resources and Research Centre (CMRR), the French National Reference Centre for Young-Onset Alzheimer’s Disease, and the Constituent Reference Centre for “Rare or Early-Onset Dementias”
