Géraldine Coppin, Professor of Psychology at UniDistance Suisse and Associate Member of the Swiss Center for Affective Sciences at the University of Geneva, will present her research on eating behaviour and its relationship with reward mechanisms. The presentation will address the distinction between the components of “liking” (the pleasure experienced) and “wanting” (motivation or desire), as well as their respective roles in eating behaviour among people with and without obesity.
